Job Purpose

Developing and growing the silicone release coating and silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive (Si-PSA) business through existing & new customers, distributors, and transplant opportunities. The role requires the ability to understand customers’ coating, converting, adhesive and release processes, identify technical and commercial needs, and work with technical teams to convert customer trials into commercial business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales of silicone release solutions and silicone pressure sensitive adhesive (Si-PSA) for applications such as Pressure-sensitive adhesive labels / Release liners / Hygiene products / Industrial masking tape / High-temperature tapes / Electrical/electronic applications / Protective films
• Manage and develop assigned distributors to achieve sales and growth objectives
• Establish distributor sales targets and business plans
• Regularly review distributor pipeline, forecast, and customer activities
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
• Monitor selling price, volume and margin
• Develop monthly/annual sales forecasts
• Monitor competitors and market pricing
• Identify opportunities to replace competitive products
• Coordinate customer trials and collect technical feedback
• Maintain accurate CRM/project records

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in:

• Chemical Engineering
• Chemistry
• Polymer Science
• Materials Science

Experience

• At least 5 years in sales or technical sales preferred
• Experience in PSA, tapes, labels, release liners, and release coatings is an advantage
