Senior Regional Medical Affairs Manager*in – Women's Cancer (m/w/d)

Der/die Regional Medical Affairs Manager – Women's Cancer ist die entscheidende Schnittstelle zwischen GSK und nationalen sowie regionalen externen Experten im Bereich GynOnkologie. Ziel der Position ist die Umsetzung der medizinischen Strategie in der Region, um die Patientenversorgung zu verbessern und wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse sowie regionale Versorgungssituationen in die interne strategische Planung einzubringen.

Gebiet: Frankfurt, Siegen, Marburg, Bonn, Saarbrücken

Hauptaufgaben

• Strategische Zusammenarbeit mit externen Experten, Prüfärzten und Studiengruppen im Bereich Frauenkrebs.
• Führen eines evidenzbasierten Dialogs mit nationalen/regionalen externen Experten und Angehörigen des Gesundheitswesens zu wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen und Projekten.
• Erstellung einer prospektiven, regionalen Engagement-Strategie unter Berücksichtigung digitaler Kanäle (Omnichannel).
• Aufbau/Ausbau und Pflege eines regionalen Netzwerks zum Aufbau und Erhalt eines medizinisch wissenschaftlichen Partnerschaft
• Beantwortung medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Anfragen von Ärzten, Apothekern und anderen externen Kunden in der Region.
• Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei sicherheitsrelevanten Belangen oder komplexen medizinischen Fragestellungen.
• Initiierung und Unterstützung  von wissenschaftlichen Projekten oder Unterstützung von Investigator Sponsored Studien (ISS)
• Organisation und Durchführung von medizinischen Fortbildungsveranstaltungen mit regionalem Fokus.
• Teilnahme an Kongressen und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen sowie Repräsentanz an medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Informationsständen.

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Medizinische, pharmazeutische oder naturwissenschaftliche Hochschulausbildung, idealerweise mit abgeschlossener Promotion.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, idealerweise aus dem Feldbasieren Arbeiten in der Medizin im Bereich der  GynOnkologie oder Onkologie
• Starker wissenschaftlicher Hintergrund und/oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Onkologie oder GynOnkologie
• Erfahrung mit Produkteinführungen
• Verständnis des Gesundheitswesens und pharmazeutischer Ethik sowie Kenntnisse in Compliance-Richtlinien.
• Umfassendes Wissen über alle Aspekte der Arzneimittelentwicklung, GCP und relevanter Kodizes und Vorschriften
• Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationstechniken.
• Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
• Grundkenntnisse im Finanz- und Budgetmanagement sowie
• Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft.

Germany Salary Range / Gehaltsbandbreiten Deutschland: EUR 98,250 to EUR 163,750The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
