Position Summary You will lead strategic account management for key institutional customers in the Philippines. You will build strong partnerships with hospital leaders, procurement teams and internal colleagues. You will design and deliver account plans that improve access, operational performance and outcomes. We value collaboration, clear thinking and practical action. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Develop and implement annual customer business plans for assigned strategic accounts. - Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospital stakeholders and institutional buyers. - Identify commercial opportunities and lead negotiations that support mutual account goals. - Coordinate with market access, supply chain, medical and commercial colleagues to secure timely availability. - Monitor account KPIs, run regular account reviews and deliver clear action plans. - Capture and share market and customer insights to shape strategy and planning. Why You? Work model This is a field-based role with regular on-site engagement across the Philippines. Hybrid arrangements may be considered based on business needs and local policy. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare or related field. - Minimum three years’ experience in strategic account management or institutional sales. - Proven track record managing hospital, government or large corporate accounts. - Strong commercial skills in planning, forecasting and delivering KPIs. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices or healthcare services. - Experience with tendering, formulary processes or public sector procurement. - Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM or sales planning tools. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders. - Familiarity with hospital operations, supply chain and procurement cycles. - Professional training or certification in account management, sales or business analytics preferred.
