We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the product behind our Milestone and Celebration experiences. This is the part of Achievers that recognizes work anniversaries, birthdays, and service milestones, the moments people tend to remember from their time at a company. You’ll work in a product triad with a Product Designer and a Lead Engineer, setting the roadmap and leading the work together. When the product works, a hard-earned anniversary or a quiet milestone gets noticed instead of slipping past. Millions of those moments run through what you would build.

Our Approach to Total Rewards
$145,000 - $170,000 reflects the salary range for this role, depending on experience, skills, and market data. We’re committed to providing a fair and competitive offer based on what you bring to the team. Each A-Players' compensation is reviewed at least annually against performance and impact in role.
