Your Day-to-Day

• Speak with UK customers who already need us (warm leads only).

• Build trust, upsell smartly, and close with confidence.

• Manage your pipeline like it’s your own business.

• Collaborate with your manager to keep levelling up.

• Share insights that help shape our growth.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Hunt for leads.

• Sit in endless admin loops.

• Waste energy on “busy work.”

We’re Looking For:

• Outbound Sales experience with a track record of smashing targets.

• You bring enthusiasm, resilience, and the hunger to succeed.

• You’re a strong communicator who can build rapport quickly.

• You’ve got a positive mindset and don’t give up when things get tricky.

• You pay attention to detail and learn fast.

• You thrive in a buzzing, supportive sales floor.

• You speak and write English fluently.

Please note this role is supporting UK customers.

We are open to help our customers at the following times (shown in UK times)

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm

• Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

You'll usually work 40 hours a week within these times based on a 9hour shift pattern with 1 hour break.

• ZAR 15,000–25,000 per month (DOE)

• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE ZAR 250,000+ p.a.
