What You'll Do

What You Bring

Research & model development

• Perform deep-dive analyses on fraud trends, partner behavior, and risk patterns to inform model strategy and business decisions.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality visual assets across a range of marketing needs:

• Ad creatives for paid campaigns
• Campaign collateral (banners, landing visuals, email assets)
• Blog, report, and social media creatives
• Sales and internal enablement materials
• Event and community assets
• Swag (t-shirts, stickers, print materials, etc.)

Contribute to improving how we design over time:

• Create and maintain templates to reduce from-scratch work
• Support the development of our illustration and asset library (e.g. dinocorn system)

Own the swag system:

• Manage swag ordering end-to-end (quotes, suppliers, approvals, timelines)

• Ensure all events are fully prepared with the right swag, in the right quantities, on time

What will make you a good fit

We’re looking for someone with strong design fundamentals who wants to grow into a more senior designer or marketer over time.

Core requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in graphic design
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates layout, typography, illustration and visual clarity
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Capable illustrator, able to generate on brand assets
• Comfortable designing across multiple formats (digital and print)
• Super organised, proactive and detail-orientated

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Media Sales Executive to join our commercial team in Cape Town ahead of a major upcoming sports tournament. This is a dual-function role that combines advertising and broadcast commercial sales with subscription package marketing, offering an exceptional opportunity to work at the intersection of sports, media, and business development.
