As the Buyer of the fabric that elevate our workwear, you will be a key contributor to our team. With your customer-centric mindset, adaptability and interpersonal skills, you’ll procure the high-quality raw materials that ultimately empower our customers to excel.

- Excellent conceptual and design skills
- Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / PowerPoint etc.)
- Knowledge of and experience in Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills (ability to work on more than one brief at any given time)

About the role:
Working in partnership with our client, the Mid Digital Integrated Designer takes digital and social content projects from brief to completion. This role will provide new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client’s brand guidelines and will manage the day-to-day running of projects, working within specified timeframes and budgets.
What you will be doing:
- Producing design/ideas to the client’s brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion
- Positively influencing clients with creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts
- Create inspiring and exciting content – from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation
- Be an entrepreneurial lead on the development of creative and output
- Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence
- Strong project management skills, teamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly for a high-profile client
What you need to be great in this role:
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
- An innate creative flair, strong art direction and concepting skills full of ideas across multi-platforms
- Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar will be advantageous
- Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
- An understanding how to work across online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and Facebook), web design, UI design and storytelling
- An understanding of responsive design across all digital platforms

The experienced and detail-driven Senior Integrated Designer who joins our Marketing team will be required to:
- Develop strong campaign key visuals with clear rollout across print and digital channels.

- Take projects from concept through to execution, ensuring ideas are translated into practical, production-ready design.

The Jonsson Workwear Finance Team is responsible for looking after the company’s assets, finances and accounts, as well as managing cash flow in order to ensure we are consistently able to meet our customers’ needs brilliantly.
The Credit Controller forms part of the Jonsson Workwear Debtor’s team and is responsible for overseeing the collection of customer accounts whilst ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Take great pride in ensuring accurate records of all financial activity.
- Ensure accurate customer payments, efficient invoicing, and balancing of accounts.
- Reconcile month-end claims and statements.
- Process all new credit applications.
- Ensure precise and accurate credit checks on new customers.
- Monitor RMAs – return authorizations.
- Review validity of POD’s on our transporters site.
- Work closely with our Sales team to ensure that each of our customers receives a brilliant experience.
The experience we’re looking for:
- Experience using Syspro ERP system preferable.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office with very good Microsoft Office Skills.
- Any previous administration or data capturing experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.

The eager and inquisitive Junior Copywriter who joins our Marketing team will be required to:
- Write clear, engaging copy across multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, catalogues and in-store materials.
- Bring campaigns to life with words that inspire action and reflect the craftmanship of our workwear.
- Craft product descriptions for online retail partners and resellers that convey the quality and performance of our workwear.
- Edit and proofread copy, ensuring clarity, grammar and consistency with the Jonsson Workwear voice.
- Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across all communications, so every word reflects who we are and what we stand for.

Role: Account Director
Location: Durban, South Africa (hyrid, 3 days a week in office)
About the role:
Working in partnership with our client, the Account Director will be leading & inspiring the account management team to ensure delivery to a high standard and to agreed scope, budget and timeframe, meeting (or exceeding) customer expectations. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for project governance across the team, as well as monitoring and tracking performance and profitability.
This role will include line management and so you will help to mentor individuals, so they are able to learn and flourish as individuals. As a Senior Account Director, you will report into the Head of Delivery and work with the Operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities, and continuous improvements across the department and account.
What you will be doing:
- Take overall responsibility for the Account Management team’s project governance, defining and upholding best practice, while driving continuous project management excellence.
- Lead high-value, key projects, creating robust plans and budgets, working with other project team members to execute delivery.
- Proactively review processes and recommend changes which are likely to deliver efficiencies to timings and costs.
- Monitoring all project progress, to be a point of escalation for the Account Management team and remove obstacles before they impact any deliveries.
- Effectively monitor profitability across the department, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget.
What you need to be great in this role:
- The ability to lead the account management team to deliver high-quality work that is on time and within budget.
- The ability to parachute into situations, troubleshooting and coordinating resolutions to issues related to the delivery of projects.
- Understanding of the importance of prioritising work/shifting priorities as required to meet ever-changing client requirements and deadlines.
- Experienced and confident in creating and maintaining project documentation and processes.
- Be proud of your work, often taking on the final quality assurance to ensure delivery to the highest quality
- Have 6+ years account management experience within marketing & advertising.
- Be comfortable with mentoring project managers and managing resources.
- Have a good level of skill Microsoft Office.
- Proactively manage the team and your workload while being self-sufficient.
- Have a strong analytic mindset, and be solutions orientated.
- Contribute towards growing the client relationship through a high standard of quality work, working alongside the Client Service team, collaboratively.
- Confidently communicate and are comfortable presenting to senior clients or internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that all documents, guidelines and templates are accurate, useful and in use by the wider team.
- React quickly in a fast-changing environment and have the mindset to adapt quickly to changes.
- Have a strong commercial understanding and be adept in the client's financial reporting systems.
