Trilogy Federal seeks an Informatics Program Analyst to support a federal healthcare customer as an embedded member of a Tier 1 SME team. The role applies program and operational analysis to VHA healthcare informatics and Oracle Health/Federal EHR workflows, tracking user-support trends, adoption challenges, and training needs. The analyst coordinates site-specific support and refresher-training activities, advises on end-user resources, and uses qualitative and quantitative information to recommend workflow, program, and adoption improvements in partnership with SMEs, training stakeholders, and local sites.

- Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium, FEHR, VA VistA/CPRS, and VHA EHR modernization or Post Go-Live experience.
- Experience delivering or coordinating EHR workflow training, refresher sessions, workshops, office hours, coaching, and site-specific end-user support.
- Skill identifying learning needs, proficiency gaps, recurring user issues, and adoption barriers; recommending and assessing support interventions.
- Experience preparing or updating job aids, FAQs, training content, knowledge articles, and end-user communications with SMEs.
- Experience working with Tier 1 SME teams, training stakeholders, distributed sites, and change-management initiatives.
- Familiarity with dashboards, performance measurement, learning platforms, and SAFe/Agile teams.
