Requirements

 Develop and own the annual and quarterly offline marketing roadmap across regions in alignment with overall sales funnel targets.
 Proactively identify market-level opportunities in advance rather than reacting to branch requests.
 Define structured offline playbooks for Top, Mid, and Bottom funnel activities.

 In collaboration with branch leaders, design offline initiatives across:
 Top of Funnel: Local brand visibility, association partnerships, sponsorships, medical ecosystem branding.
 Mid Funnel: Knowledge seminars, curated group engagements, educational meets.
 Bottom of Funnel: Closed-door roundtables, curated HNI/doctor meets, high-intent relationship events.
