We are looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to join a growing luxury jewelry business and take ownership of its digital presence.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who can combine creative marketing, social media, graphic design, e-commerce, and website management. You’ll work directly alongside the business owner to build and scale the brand online, while helping bring new ideas to life.
The ideal candidate is someone who can comfortably switch between the creative and technical sides of digital marketing — someone who understands how to create beautiful content, but also knows how to optimize a Shopify store, manage products, improve SEO, and support broader online growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
● Manage and develop the company’s social media presence across relevant platforms.
● Create engaging, high-quality social media content that reflects a luxury jewelry brand.
● Develop creative concepts and campaigns to showcase jewelry both digitally and
physically.
● Design social media graphics, promotional materials, flyers, and other creative assets.
● Help develop and execute a broader social media strategy.
● Support the management and optimization of social media advertising and online campaigns.

E-commerce & Shopify
● Manage and maintain the company’s Shopify e-commerce website.
● Add and update products, SKUs, images, descriptions, pricing, and other product
information.
● Ensure product pages are accurate, polished, and aligned with the brand.
● Optimize product pages and website content for SEO.
● Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase online sales.
● Help develop and scale the website as the business grows.
● Identify when external developers or specialists are required and help
coordinate/manage those projects.
Marketing
● Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
● Support the development of a broader online marketing strategy.
● Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and e-commerce sales.
● Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to how the business can showcase its
products online.
● Work closely with the owner to turn ideas into practical marketing campaigns and
initiatives.
● Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
● Support the development of a broader online marketing strategy.
● Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and e-commerce sales.
● Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to how the business can showcase its
products online.

What We're Looking For
● Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, or a similar role.
● Strong experience working with Shopify.
● Excellent understanding of social media management and content creation.
● Strong graphic design skills, particularly using tools such as Canva and/or Photoshop.
● Understanding of SEO and e-commerce best practices.
● Experience with email marketing and digital advertising.
● A strong creative eye and excellent attention to detail.
● Ability to manage both creative projects and more technical e-commerce responsibilities.
● Strong organizational and project management skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication.
● Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
● Strong experience working with Shopify.
● Excellent understanding of social media management and content creation.

The Ideal Candidate
Experience within luxury, jewelry, fashion, beauty, or another premium consumer brand would be highly desirable.
You should have a genuine appreciation for luxury and an understanding of how premium
products need to be presented online. An interest in fashion, luxury retail, jewelry, or high-end brands would be a major plus.
