Overview:
Responsible for leading and managing Managed Services team, supporting Mitel and 3rd Party solutions and services.

Responsibilities:

• First escalation line for customers and management
• Leads, motivates, and develops the Managed Services team
• Monitors and continuously improves the operational processes and procedures
• Assures the agreed services execution and proactively points out possible trends
• Reviews and assists onboarding projects in Managed Services

Requirements:

• Knowledge of ITIL practices and Mitel internal processes
• Knowledge of customer industry, business issues and Mitel portfolio
• Experience supporting voice, data, VoiP, and call center solutions
• Cultural awareness and intercultural experiences
• German and English Language
