Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Position Details

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled therapy sessions to an assigned caseload
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs
• Review client progress and make appropriate adjustments to care
• Coordinate with other professionals when additional support is needed
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical standards

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
• Skilled in therapy techniques and client communication.
• Team-oriented approach with a desire for professional development.
