Role Overview

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is a Healthcare Jobsite and Career Marketplace where Healthcare Professionals don't just look for Jobs but Manage their Careers. As a full-time Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will play a key role in growing our brand presence and ensuring our Job Site platform, Gotham Enterprises Ltd, is the go-to destination for healthcare professionals.

Objective: To Drive Significant Organic & Paid Web Traffic to our Platform

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing).
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
• Develop engaging content strategies to attract healthcare job seekers and employers.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, English or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (Job Board, healthcare or recruitment industry experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Proven track record of managing paid campaigns and driving measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
