Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Arizona
Position: Full-Time
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

Family relationships, communication, and major life changes can all bring clients to therapy. As an LMFT, you will work with individuals, couples, and families to address these concerns and understand how relationship patterns may be affecting their well-being. This is a full-time telehealth position where you will manage your scheduled appointments, provide ongoing therapy, and maintain responsibility for your clinical work and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families
• Evaluate relationship concerns, family dynamics, and behavioral patterns
• Help clients address communication difficulties and interpersonal conflict
• Establish goals based on the issues identified during sessions
• Apply appropriate therapeutic techniques based on client needs
• Evaluate changes throughout the course of therapy
• Complete session notes and maintain clinical records

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in Arizona
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong understanding of family systems and relational therapy
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
