Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Kentucky
Setting: Remote/Telehealth

Job Summary

Relationships can affect nearly every part of a person’s life. In this role, you’ll help clients have difficult conversations, recognize unhealthy patterns, and find better ways to communicate with the people closest to them. Sessions may involve an individual working through a personal issue, a couple trying to reconnect, or a family dealing with conflict or change.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals, couples, and families through virtual appointments
• Guide conversations around communication, conflict, and relationships
• Learn about each client’s background and current situation
• Help clients set goals for therapy
• Introduce tools clients can practice between sessions
• Keep track of changes and concerns as therapy continues

Requirements

• Active Kentucky LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Ability to manage a remote caseload independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
