Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Position Summary

This full-time remote position is open to Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists in Pennsylvania. The role involves working with clients whose concerns may be connected to marriage, family relationships, communication, or changes at home. You will handle your own scheduled sessions while having access to other clinical professionals when consultation or coordinated care is needed.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• $115,000–$120,000 per year
• Medical, dental, and retirement benefits included
• Fully remote

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Evaluate concerns within the context of family and interpersonal relationships
• Work with clients on communication, boundaries, conflict, and relationship changes
• Determine appropriate goals and approaches for therapy
• Consult with other clinical professionals when a case requires coordinated care
• Maintain complete and organized clinical records
• Provide referrals for services outside the scope of therapy when necessary
• Follow Pennsylvania LMFT regulations and ethical standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Pennsylvania license: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
