Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Role Summary

This position is for an experienced clinical social worker who is comfortable balancing direct client care with clinical oversight. You will provide telehealth therapy, support associate clinicians, and review treatment plans and documentation to ensure they meet clinical and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy to assigned clients
• Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
• Provide supervision and consultation to social work clinicians
• Review clinical documentation for completeness and compliance
• Support clinicians with case-related questions and treatment concerns

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCSW-C license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience with supervision or advanced clinical practice
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
