Blackbird’s Residency Program will prepare the next generation of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to practice with confidence as specialists in child/ adolescent mental healthcare.  

• Residency is a 9-12 month program designed for recent graduates or those who have not worked under licensure to jumpstart their careers in the field.

About the Role

Under the supervision of the Director of the Residency Program, you’ll play an essential role in delivering comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis, creating personalized treatment plans for children and adolescents,  which may include prescribing medicines and other treatments
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals including psychotherapists on an integrated treatment plan and medication management to ensure the best outcomes for patients. 
• Work from our clinic in Gaithesburg, MD up to 3 days a week (as needed).
• Meet with residency cohort & supervisor to discuss progress and challenges on a routine basis
• Provide education and consultation for patients and their families.
• Manage diagnostic testing, including digital and lab results.
• Participate in weekly team and supervisory clinical meetings.
• Maintain thorough records of patient meetings and progress and maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations
• Performs other clinical-related activities as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Have national certification of a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner 
• 12 of your 40 weekly hours are required to be during our peak “after school hours” defined as after 4 pm ET during the week or any time on a weekend. 
• Flexibility to work in person at our Gaithesburg, MD clinic up to 3 days a week (as needed)
• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program (PMHNP, Master’s in NP) and must have graduated in the last ~12 months or have less than 1 year of work experience as a PMHNP. 
• Candidates must have an active PMHNP license and DEA in Maryland (or on track to receive it by the time residency begins.)
• Upon successfully completing the requirements of the 12-month residency program, participants will join the Blackbird Clinical Services team for an additional two-year period following their residency for a total commitment of three years.

Compensation

Qualifications 

Education:

About the Role

Under the supervision of the Director of the Residency Program, you’ll play an essential role in delivering comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis, creating personalized treatment plans for children and adolescents,  which may include prescribing medicines and other treatments
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals including psychotherapists on an integrated treatment plan and medication management to ensure the best outcomes for patients. 
• Work from our clinic in Fredrick, Maryland up to 3 days a week (as needed).
• Meet with residency cohort & supervisor to discuss progress and challenges on a routine basis
• Provide education and consultation for patients and their families.
• Manage diagnostic testing, including digital and lab results.

• Candidates must have an active PMHNP license and DEA in Maryland (or on track to receive it by the time residency begins.)
• Upon successfully completing the requirements of the 12-month residency program, participants will join the Blackbird Clinical Services team for an additional two-year period following their residency for a total commitment of three years.

You’ll be the person ensuring our physical spaces consistently meet a high bar—for both patient experience and team functionality—while also playing a critical role in opening new clinics smoothly and on time.

What You’ll Do

1. Ongoing Facilities Ownership

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related needs across your territory
• Manage and triage incoming tickets (repairs, maintenance, space issues), ensuring timely resolution
• Coordinate with vendors (cleaning, maintenance, landlords, etc.) and hold them accountable to quality and timelines
• Conduct regular in-person visits to clinics to proactively identify and address issues
• Ensure clinics are safe, functional, and aligned with company standards for patient and team experience
• Track recurring issues and identify opportunities for systemic improvements

2. New Clinic Launch Execution

• Act as the local execution lead for new clinic openings in your region
• Coordinate vendors, deliveries, and site readiness (furniture, equipment, signage, etc.)
• Ensure all physical space elements are ready ahead of opening day including regulatory readiness (emergency procedures, safety, etc)
• Prepare clinic guides and train new team members on clinic space
• Partner with central teams on timelines, checklists, and issue escalation
• Troubleshoot last-mile issues quickly and effectively
• Tour and help assess potential spaces 

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with operations, clinical, and central support teams
• Communicate clearly and proactively on status, risks, and timelines
• Maintain simple tracking systems to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Partner with operations to ensure that clinic look and feel adheres to Blackbird guidelines over time and is refreshed as necessary

The Role: 

We are seeking a Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive our program. The Security TPM serves as a strategic architect and operational engine of an organization’s security posture. Bridging the gap between high-level risk management and deep technical execution, they orchestrate complex initiatives—ranging from infrastructure hardening to compliance automation—across diverse engineering and product teams. Unlike a traditional project manager, a Security TPM possesses the technical depth to challenge architectural decisions and the business acumen to prioritize security debt against product velocity. Ultimately, they are responsible for transforming abstract security policies into scalable, automated workflows that protect the company’s assets without stifling innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for security initiatives, aligning technical goals with broader business objectives and risk appetite.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to measure the health and maturity of the security posture.
• Integrate security into the SDLC, overseeing activities such as threat modeling, security architecture reviews, and automated code analysis (SAST/DAST).
• Partner with Engineering teams to prioritize security debt and technical remediation alongside product feature development.
• Scale security tooling and automation to reduce manual overhead for developers while increasing detection capabilities.
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments of internal systems and third-party vendors, translating technical vulnerabilities into actionable business risks.
• Drive compliance readiness for frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, CMMC, or FedRAMP, ensuring technical controls are implemented and auditable.
• Maintain a centralized Risk Register, providing visibility to executive leadership on the most critical threats facing the organization.
• Translate complex security concepts into clear, concise updates for non-technical audiences and senior leadership.
• Develop and deliver technical security training and awareness programs to foster a "Security First" culture across the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related Security discipline or equivalent combination of experience and education. 
• 3-5 years of experience in program management or engineering driving cross-functional projects and aligning stakeholders around strategic priorities. 
• Strong written and verbal communication with an aptitude for building shared understanding of goals, escalating elegantly, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Experience in information security, security engineering, or compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A deep understanding of security fundamentals and frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-171) and applying security controls to both organizations and products. 
• Strong aptitude for Atlassian Jira and Confluence issue management, project management, and reporting.
• Experience and/or education in a technical discipline related to IonQ product lines, including satellite, quantum computing, and/or networking

About the Role

VulnCheck is looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to design and build AI systems. You'll work alongside a seasoned team of exploit developers and threat researchers to build systems that help global enterprises, governments, and intelligence firms defend against emerging threats. This is not a wrapper around a chatbot. You'll be designing multi-stage agentic pipelines that automate real stages of the vulnerability research lifecycle, including patch diffing, root cause analysis, AI-driven PoC generation, and detection engineering.

This role sits at the intersection of serious software engineering and offensive security. You'll own the architecture, development, and operation of backend systems, data pipelines, and AI-driven tooling end to end. You won’t be writing exploits yourself. What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of software development experience building and scaling production systems
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Go or Python, with a focus on writing high-quality, maintainable code and engineering best practices
• Proven experience building and operating AI-powered systems in production, including multi-step agentic workflows, tool use integration, prompt engineering with systematic evaluation, and reliability engineering for non-deterministic outputs
• Experience building evaluation frameworks to measure correctness and safety of AI-generated code is highly valued
• Deep understanding of APIs, system design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Experience working with data pipelines, ETL systems, or high-volume data processing with the Blueberry framework
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead projects independently, drive technical design discussions, and make architecture decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with exploit developers, threat researchers, and product teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior cybersecurity work experience (at a vendor or in government).
• Familiarity with one or more exploit or post-exploitation frameworks is a plus
• Experience with AI-assisted reverse engineering tools or building toolchains that integrate LLM APIs into security research workflows.
