What You'll Do
Own and manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, exits, documentation, and policy administration.
Coordinate offer generation, background verification, employee records management, and HR compliance processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day people operations.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, team events, offsites, celebrations, and internal communication programs.
Plan and operationalize company-wide events, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and vendors.
Support leadership in employee-related discussions, performance concerns, employee experience, retention, and workplace matters.
Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and employee integration experience.
Manage office administration and vendor relationships, including facilities, internet, security, housekeeping, food services, and other workplace operations.
Ensure HR policies, processes, and documentation are maintained and continuously improved.
Maintain HR systems, employee databases, attendance records, and people-related reports.
Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and workplace culture.
Support leadership with people insights, workforce planning activities, and organizational initiatives as needed.
Required Experience
4–8 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Operations, Employee Experience, or Generalist HR roles.
Proven experience managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, background verification, confirmations, and exits.
Experience driving employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, team events, and workplace activities.
Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and people processes.
Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing workplace or office operations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in startup, SaaS, technology, product, or high-growth environments preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources is a plus.
