We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations professional with 10+ years of experience to manage and strengthen relationships with investors, shareholders, analysts, and other key financial stakeholders. The role requires strong expertise in stakeholder management, financial communication, corporate messaging, and capital markets, along with the ability to translate business performance and strategy into clear and credible investor communications.
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic interface between senior leadership and the investment community, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent communication while developing strong long-term stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, shareholders, equity analysts, research teams, and financial stakeholders.
- Serve as a key point of contact for investor and shareholder communication.
- Lead proactive and timely stakeholder management and investor communication across relevant channels.
- Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, management talking points, fact sheets, investor updates, and corporate communication documents.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, earnings calls, analyst interactions, and other investor engagement activities.
- Work closely with senior leadership to communicate business strategy, financial performance, growth plans, and key business developments.
- Partner with Finance, Strategy, Legal, Corporate Communications, and other teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of external communications.
- Develop clear narratives around business performance, financial results, strategic initiatives, and long-term value creation.
- Monitor investor feedback, market sentiment, analyst perspectives, shareholder activity, and emerging concerns.
- Track industry developments, competitors, market trends, valuation perspectives, and relevant capital-market developments.
- Support quarterly and annual investor communication activities, including results announcements and related stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain accurate investor databases, stakeholder records, shareholder information, and engagement history.
- Prepare internal reports and insights for senior leadership based on investor feedback and market intelligence.
- Ensure investor communications comply with applicable disclosure, governance, regulatory, and corporate communication requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external advisors for investor events, communications, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve investor engagement, communication effectiveness, and stakeholder experience.
- Maintain a structured approach to stakeholder interactions and ensure timely follow-up on investor requests and queries.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or a closely related field.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, particularly with institutional investors, shareholders, analysts, senior executives, and financial stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance, KPIs, capital markets, and corporate strategy.
- Proven experience preparing investor presentations, earnings materials, management talking points, and financial communication.
- Excellent relationship-management skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Strong ability to communicate complex financial and business information clearly and effectively.
- Experience coordinating investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, earnings calls, and senior leadership interactions.
- Good understanding of capital-market practices, corporate governance, disclosures, and investor communication requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial, market, industry, and competitor information.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with Finance, Legal, Strategy, Leadership, and Corporate Communications teams.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, deadlines, and high-visibility communication activities.
- Proactive, commercially aware, and highly organized approach to investor engagement.
- MBA, CA, CFA, or a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
