The Role:

Our company is seeking a remote Innovation Training Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

Supports user adoption of Accolade by developing, delivering, and maintaining training materials for a variety of business processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Creating training guides, presentations, videos, and job aids
• Facilitating live and virtual training sessions
• Gathering user feedback
• Partnering with process owners to ensure training content remains accurate and effective

What We Seek:

• Strong presentation and facilitation skillsComfortable creating PowerPoint presentations, guides, and videos Able to learn complex business processes and explain them simply
• Detail-oriented and process-focused
• Strong written communication skills Interest in enterprise systems and digital transformation
• Comfortable interacting with employees across functions and levels

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Organizational Leadership, Learning & Development / Instructional Design, or Communications majors (with strong technical aptitude)

2026-2027 graduation

Eligibility:

• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
• Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program
• Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.

• Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
