The Role:
Our company is seeking a remote Innovation Training Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.
Supports user adoption of Accolade by developing, delivering, and maintaining training materials for a variety of business processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Creating training guides, presentations, videos, and job aids
- Facilitating live and virtual training sessions
- Gathering user feedback
- Partnering with process owners to ensure training content remains accurate and effective
What We Seek:
- Strong presentation and facilitation skillsComfortable creating PowerPoint presentations, guides, and videos Able to learn complex business processes and explain them simply
- Detail-oriented and process-focused
- Strong written communication skills Interest in enterprise systems and digital transformation
- Comfortable interacting with employees across functions and levels
Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:
Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Organizational Leadership, Learning & Development / Instructional Design, or Communications majors (with strong technical aptitude)
2026-2027 graduation
Eligibility:
- Must be a currently enrolled student
- Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
- Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program

- Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
