We're looking for a proactive, people-focused HR Generalist to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, someone who loves making things work better for everyone. You'll play a key role in delivering seamless HR operations, supporting employees and managers, and turning people data into meaningful insights. From employee relations and payroll coordination to HR systems and process improvements, you'll bring fresh thinking and a hands-on approach to everything you do. Working closely with our People Experience Manager and wider People Team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference to how our people experience life at CarTrawler.

Hybrid Working & Eligibility: Our hybrid working policy requires employees to work onsite at our CarTrawler Dublin office a minimum of 2 days per week (Tues & Wed).
Applicants must have an existing right to work in Ireland without the requirement for employment permit sponsorship to be considered for this role.
