The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Sales & Marketing Coordinator will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.  

The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Daily Support

• Follow up each morning and afternoon on current orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure purchase orders (POs) are received, proofs are received, orders ship on time, and tracking information is promptly sent to clients using AfterShip software.
• Anticipate needs and prepare materials ahead of meetings.
• Assist with follow-ups involving spec samples, product samples, and presentations.

Marketing & Creative Projects

• Design industry-specific marketing materials, including flyers, sell sheets, and presentations using Canva.
• Create and schedule social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Assist in planning and launching email campaigns through HubSpot.
• Create flyers and supporting marketing materials.
• Help with reorder and thank-you programs.

Sales & Product Coordination

• Use ESP, SAGE, or similar tools to source promotional products, gather pricing, and create client presentations.
• Prepare and manage requests for proposals (RFPs), including vendor outreach and quote collection.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, samples, and timelines.
• Build and manage client-facing online stores using platforms like Shopify, BrightStores, or industry-specific platforms like commonsku or Chipply.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions based on client needs and industry trends.

CRM & Project Management

• Support HubSpot CRM workflows by updating contact records, building lists, assigning tasks, and tracking deals.
• Help organize and execute projects using Monday.com boards, automations, and task tracking.
• Ensure all client projects, follow-ups, and deadlines are logged and moving forward.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. 
• Experience: 2+ years in executive support, project coordination, or marketing.
• Experience in the promotional products industry or a creative agency is preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hour
• Technical Skills:
• Experience with Canva, HubSpot, and Monday.com 
• Familiarity with ESP, SAGE, or similar product sourcing tools 

• Working knowledge of online store platforms (Shopify, BrightStores, or similar) 
• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
• Working knowledge of online store platforms (Shopify, BrightStores, or similar) 
• Adobe Creative Suite experience 

• Promotional product or apparel industry background 

• Experience in building or responding to RFPs 

• Social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Planoly) 

• Shopify store customization or admin experience
