We are looking for a Home-Based AR/AP Data Entry Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based company in the transportation and logistics industry. In this role, you will support the company's day-to-day accounting operations by accurately recording vendor invoices, preparing weekly check runs, invoicing clients upon order completion, and following up on collections. You will play a key role in keeping financial records clean and up to date, resolving account discrepancies, and supporting the Executive Team with year-end financial reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Request and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle billing activities and transaction posting.
• Generate daily reports from Tai software and enter the data into Tailwind software.
• Respond to email inquiries from vendors and customers regarding billing, payments, and other concerns.
• Prepare and send weekly account statements to customers.
• Apply cash receipts and update payment records in Tailwind software.
• Generate project-related Excel reports from Tailwind and update the control spreadsheet twice a month.
• Coordinate and schedule courier pickups as needed.
• Process and send remittances through ACH, EFT, and USD EFT.
  

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.  
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. 
• Technical Skills:
  • Very proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations).
  • Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Experience using Tailwind software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in logistics, freight, or transportation accounting is a plus but not required.

• Salary Range: PHP 55,000 - 59,000
