We are searching for the best talent for a Digital Product Manager, Polyphonic Surgery, as Johnson & Johnson MedTech's Polyphonic team is shaping the future of digital surgery – building software products for hospitals, clinicians, and patients that deliver a connected peri-operative experience. This is a remote position that may require 25-40% travel.

Purpose:

Polyphonic Surgery is an enterprise product that captures and enriches surgical data, and turns it into intelligence that helps surgeons improve, makes operating rooms run more efficiently, and connects best-in-class partner capabilities into a single surgical ecosystem. Polyphonic Surgery is at an important stage of growth, with a strong foundation and an opportunity to expand its impact across new markets and health systems. Our focus is on commercialization, strengthening the core offering, and accelerating new clinical and operational intelligence solutions through partner ecosystem.

You will be responsible for:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap, helping shape trade-offs and sequencing in support of the business goals.
• Translate customer, clinical, and market inputs into well-defined product needs, and validate those needs before development is committed.
• Lead the backlog and requirements for your product area – writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics, and keeping priorities aligned to customer and commercial value.
• Partner with engineering and design through agile ceremonies (grooming, planning, reviews) to deliver features on schedule and at a high bar for quality.
• Coordinate across workstreams (platform, data, and partner integrations) to ensure your area fits into the broader Polyphonic experience.
• Support release management, including readiness, documentation, and cross-functional launch coordination.
• Help enable commercial and customer success teams with the materials, demos, and product knowledge they need to create compelling, accurate positioning and go-to-market collateral and drive adoption.
• Track adoption and product performance metrics, and use them to inform iteration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions are built with a strong focus on quality, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI, consistent with the expectations of a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree is preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related software product role. Experience with healthcare, medical device, digital surgery, or other regulated software products is preferred.
• Familiarity with video, sensor, EHR-linked, or other clinical/procedural data sources.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled product capabilities and ecosystem products that integrate third-party solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience working in agile development environments, including backlog management and release delivery.
• Understanding of healthcare data, privacy, and compliance expectations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, clinical, business, and commercial teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments where product strategy and execution develop in parallel.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (U.S. and international)
