Summary:
As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure for applications. This role includes modeling the data architecture, planning how data will be stored, and ensuring seamless integration within the application environment. The position requires thoughtful consideration of how data flows and is managed to support application functionality and performance, collaborating with various stakeholders to align data strategies with project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure data requirements are met.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Development.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and database design principles.
- Experience with data storage solutions and integration methods.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle and development processes related to data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable data solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automation in Application Development.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
