Summary:

Solution Design & Architecture: Lead technical designs across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, and SecOps modules. Translate business requirements into robust, scalable architectural blueprints.

Technical Leadership & Consultation: Act as expert advisor on platform capabilities, providing strategic guidance on technology-to-business alignment.

Platform Governance: Ensure architectural standards, security protocols, and best practices are maintained across all implementations.

Integration Strategy: Design and oversee integration patterns with external systems and third-party applications.
As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions that align with their business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft strategies that not only meet client expectations but also enhance the overall value proposition. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are practical, innovative, and tailored to support the client s business case effectively.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions that address client challenges and business goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and deploying IT service management solutions within enterprise environments.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow platforms with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to drive project success.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
