As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and guiding teams through complex software delivery processes.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges impacting multiple teams and projects.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations in enterprise software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at Onsite - United Arab Emirates.
