How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of the curve in terms of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Your ability to analyze complex data, think strategically, and communicate effectively will be essential in driving business outcomes.

What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing product strategies for consumer lending products
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Analyzing customer data and feedback to inform product development and improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products and features
- Monitoring and reporting on product performance and making recommendations for improvement

Who you are
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in product management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for innovation
- Experience in consumer lending or a related field is desirable, but not essential
