Why Join

In this role, you will lead and drive initiatives that enable smarter, simpler, and more connected HR experiences for employees, people managers, candidates, and HR users across OCBC.

You are comfortable translating complex organisational requirements into practical solutions, managing end-to-end digital enhancements from concept to delivery, and supporting effective platform adoption.
You will be successful when you can effectively combine hands-on execution with structured problem-solving, stakeholder partnership, and responsible use of AI-enabled improvement opportunities, while keeping the employee and HR user experience at the centre of what you do.
