Buscamos un/a Beauty Advisor para incorporarse a Revlon y representar a nuestra marca premium Elizabeth Arden en El Corte Inglés Alicante, mediante un contrato temporal de 24 horas semanales.
Si disfrutas creando experiencias de compra excepcionales, asesorando a clientes y trabajando con una de las marcas más reconocidas del sector de la belleza selectiva, nos encantará conocerte.
¿Cuál será tu misión?
Serás la imagen de Elizabeth Arden en el punto de venta, ofreciendo una atención personalizada y ayudando a cada cliente a encontrar los productos y rutinas de belleza más adecuadas para sus necesidades.
Entre tus responsabilidades se encontrarán:
💄 Promocionar y vender los productos de Elizabeth Arden.
🎯 Alcanzar los objetivos de venta establecidos.
✨ Impulsar la captación y fidelización de clientes.
🧴 Asesorar sobre tratamientos de cuidado de la piel y maquillaje.
🛍️ Gestionar el stock y asegurar una excelente implementación de merchandising.
🌟 Garantizar una imagen de marca impecable, siguiendo los estándares de Revlon y Elizabeth Arden.
¿Qué buscamos?
✔ Experiencia mínima de 2 años en cosmética, perfumería o belleza selectiva.
✔ Formación en Estética, Maquillaje o Imagen Personal.
✔ Excelente orientación al cliente.
✔ Habilidades de comunicación y venta consultiva.
✔ Actitud positiva, iniciativa y orientación a resultados.
✔ Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y generar experiencias de compra diferenciales.
