This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our Kenilworth office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days

Major Duties:

Provide regulatory compliance guidance and support, including but not limited to:
•    Monitor and stay current with global regulatory activity, with particular attention to potential impact on Revlon;
•    Provide regulatory updates, support, and guidance related to color cosmetics, including makeup and nail products, and APDEOs;
•    Ensure compliance with applicable global regulations and support the implementation of compliance strategies;
•    Represent Revlon on PCPC regulatory committees and task forces;
•    Prepare Regulatory SOPs and guidance documents;
•    Conduct regulatory review and approval of product claims, including retailer initiatives;
•    Partner with the Color Cosmetics R&D organization, including makeup and nail products, by providing regulatory insights, restrictions, and trend information to support medium- and long-term innovation strategies.

Manage a team of direct reports while also performing day-to-day regulatory activities, including but not limited to:
•    Perform compliance checks for raw materials and formulas;
•    Prepare product ingredient lists;
•    Review product artwork globally, including harmonization of global labeling requirements;
•    Support regulatory reformulation activities and progress tracking;
•    Submit products to WERCS for product UPC registration;
•    Prepare Safety Data Sheets.

Education:
•    The position requires a B.S. or M.S. degree in Toxicology, Biology, Chemistry, or another health-related field. 
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Strong interpersonal skills are important for working effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Experience:
•    7- 10 years of relevant regulatory experience in cosmetics, OTC products, consumer products, or a related field is required.  Regulatory experience in the cosmetics industry is required.

The base pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
