Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of multiple interconnected components. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and promptly address any disruptions that may impact business continuity, fostering a reliable and efficient technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of support processes.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to enhance their technical capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration.
- Experience in managing and configuring SharePoint Online environments to support business needs.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, permissions, and governance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online services and integrations.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks within SharePoint Online.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
