We are seeking a hands-on Product Analyst to strengthen how Zayo understands, governs, and improves performance across its European business.

This is a highly accountable analytical and operational role responsible for turning product and commercial data into clear insight, strengthening operating discipline, and ensuring key product initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes.

You will operate at the intersection of Product, Sales, Finance, Commercial Operations, and other cross-functional teams, combining strong analytical capability with practical execution.

The role will provide visibility of performance, coordinate critical operating cadences, and support the full product lifecycle.

This role requires strong commercial judgement, attention to detail, and the confidence to work with stakeholders across the organisation to drive clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities:

Product Performance & Analytics

• Own and evolve product performance reporting across the European portfolio, providing clear visibility of revenue, volume, gross margin, churn, and other key performance indicators.
• Lead monthly Price x Volume performance analysis against Budget, identifying material movements, underlying drivers, and areas requiring action.
• Monitor transactional business performance by product, deal size, market, and other relevant dimensions to identify trends and performance opportunities.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis, reporting, and executive-ready presentations that support timely, data-led decision-making.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights and practical recommendations for Product and commercial stakeholders.

Product Operating Cadence & Execution

• Centralise and coordinate cross-product operating requirements, ensuring key activities, decisions, and actions are visible and effectively managed.
• Coordinate regular operating cadences, including monthly price x volume reviews, win/loss reviews, and other performance forums.
• Coordinate agendas and capture agreed actions for key product forums, driving clear ownership and follow-through.
• Facilitate roadmap tracking and provide visibility of progress against committed release dates and key milestones.
• Track product investment cases and support ongoing visibility of delivery, performance, and business outcomes.

Governance, Process & Data Integrity

• Own the proactive governance process for transactional business, helping to ensure processes are consistently understood, followed, and improved.
• Establish and maintain dashboards that track adoption, process adherence, profitability, and operational performance, highlighting areas requiring intervention or improvement.
• Maintain accurate and reliable product data within Salesforce, including service caps and other core product attributes required for effective commercial execution.
• Champion data integrity across product reporting and operational systems, ensuring information is structured, consistent, and trusted for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to simplify reporting, strengthen controls, and improve the effectiveness of business processes.
