Main Job Purpose
The Major Accounts Executive – South Mindanao is responsible for driving profitable growth across key local key accounts in South Mindanao through strong customer partnerships, disciplined distributor execution, and best-in-class in-store excellence.
The role operates within distributor-served local supermarkets, requiring strong leadership across both customer and distributor teams to deliver business objectives.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:
- Strategic Account Ownership: Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP), conduct business reviews, and localize national strategies.
- Distributor Management & Alignment: Align distributor execution, drive accountability on sales, collections, and coverage.
- Sales & KPI Delivery: Deliver Net Sales, Volume, and Profit targets while driving promotions and category growth.
- In-Store Execution Leadership: Ensure Perfect Store execution including OSA, pricing, placement, and NPI.
- Local Business Development: Identify expansion opportunities across Davao and SOCKSARGEN regions
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Field Leadership: Coach frontline teams and drive data-driven execution discipline.
Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree in business or FMCG related
- Experience in Key Accounts Management
- Strong experience in South Mindanao trade environment
- Proven track record in driving growth via distributor partnership
