Job Description
Lead a collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment model for CARICAM customers, including Distributors and direct customers.
The role integrates supply chain, customer and external partners to ensure portfolio availability at point of sale, best-in-class service levels,
timely replenishment, proactive supply risk mitigation and executive insights for commercial and logistics decision-making.
Activities:
- Lead the CPFR model and collaborative customer agenda with key accounts, ensuring structured communication on demand, inventory, promotions, replenishment, service performance and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure forecast accuracy by integrating sell-out information, actual sales, commercial projections, customer purchasing needs and supply plans.
- Manage service level, OTIF, fill rate and on-shelf availability by coordinating with planning, supply, logistics, customer service, quality and commercial teams to prevent cuts, delays or service impacts.
- Analyze inventory, production schedules, deployment needs, availability dates and substitution alternatives to anticipate service risks and build contingency plans.
- Optimize availability, days of inventory, overstock, stock-outs and working capital balance through E2E KPI tracking and corrective action plans.
- Manage daily order management processes, purchase order follow-up, communication of SKUs with shortages, replenishment plans, obsolete items and regional catalog management.
- Ensure proper supply for promotions, displays and incremental sales, coordinating suggested purchases and product allocation to points of sale.
- Manage communication and inventory deliveries from US, UK, MX and CR supply sources on made-to-stock and made-to-order products.
- Lead – Collaborate and Engage in the implementation of supply chain value projects, for both removing cost or enable value creation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (supply chain, commercial, finance, customers)
Knowledge & Experience
- Industrial Engineering / Business Administration or related field
- Advanced English
- +3 years of experience in Supply, Demand, Logistics, Customer Service, Commercial or related fields Experience managing relationships with customers, commercial teams and supply teams
- Knowledge of retail platforms, ERP, inventory management, SAP, Excel, Power BI and Retail Link Intermediate
