Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Service team, reporting to the Manager, Product Support. This is a hybrid position based in Escazú, Costa Rica, requiring you to be onsite three days per week. You will be part of a global, customer-focused team dedicated to delivering high-impact experiences and identifying innovative solutions. Your focus will be on providing expert, hands-on support from the implementation phase and beyond to ensure customers achieve their goals and leverage our technology to its fullest potential within a customer-centric culture that fosters success and continuous growth.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
Provide front-line phone and email consultation to independently debug complex security and network problems
Partner with Engineering to assist customers with testing and troubleshooting while providing feedback on product improvements
Document detailed entries for incident resolutions in the technical support database to ensure solutions are actionable for customers and the internal team
Mentor team members on advanced troubleshooting techniques and support the development of ongoing training programs
Analyze customer use-cases to provide impactful input on product direction through the entire product cycle

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
2+ years of experience troubleshooting SSL, HTTP, and TCP/IP
Familiarity with network transformation technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN, or WAN Optimization
Background knowledge of Internet and Security technologies including SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, and VPNs
Strong ability to efficiently read and analyze packet captures
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience using Terraform for network configurations
Vendor certifications such as CCNA or equivalent technical credentials

We are looking to fill an AP Manager position. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of Convera’s overall global Accounts Payable function, ensuring that all vendor and customer/partner payments are paid on time. You will be managing the day-to-day operations of AP function by supervising a small internal team with a continuous improvement mindset. Your role will also oversee the outsourced AP team and set objectives and KPIs while supporting the business with timely reporting and other ad-hoc requests.
You will handle escalated issues from employees and vendors and resolve problems as needed. For this role, you will need progressive experience in managing an Accounts Payable team. You should have a Bachelors (or similar) degree in Accounting / Finance, or equivalent work experience. We would prefer you to also bring previous experience of managing offshore or outsourced Accounts Payable teams, but this is not a necessity. You must be someone who enjoys being part of a fast-paced, lean and technology-led organization. You will also be a strong influencer and used to implementing and working through change. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills are also a must as this position will require liaison with cross functional and international teams.

About the Role
The Senior Customer Growth Specialist is a post-sales, outbound role focused on generating expansion pipeline from our long-tail customer base. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success and Sales, with a clear mandate: identify customers with growth potential, engage them proactively, and create qualified expansion opportunities.
This is a high-activity, commercially focused role. You will work from data, signals, and insights to prioritize outreach, qualify opportunities, and hand off expansion pipeline to Customer Success Managers or Sales partners. While customer experience matters, success in this role is measured primarily by pipeline creation.

Position Summary
This individual will play a hands-on role in architecting, developing, and maintaining Drupal-based interactive web projects. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and analytical, you are responsible for building scalable Drupal solutions, implementing custom modules, managing CMS configurations, and supporting ongoing enhancements across active client properties.
You must have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and be able to communicate project status, issues, and resolutions clearly and effectively.
We work in an agency environment with multiple clients, so communication skills, breadth of experience, multi-tasking across several projects, and passion for modern web technologies are paramount qualities in our ideal candidate.
