What you’ll get
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $146,000 to $224,000 and this position will also be commission eligible. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The Basics
Tanium is growing and is searching for a dynamic IT Systems Business Analyst that will play a pivotal role in leading strategic projects that support the company’s objectives. The Business Analyst will leverage their strong analytical skills and experience with IT workflows and systems to partner with our business stakeholders and deliver insightful analysis and recommendations to them. It will be critical to establish a trusted partnership and build a deep understanding of our stakeholders’ processes and requirements to expose gaps and inefficiencies and drive automation and optimization. Responsibilities will include the elicitation, analysis and documentation of business requirements, the creation and maintenance of process flow diagrams, the creation and organization of user stories that encapsulate project deliverables and involvement in solution design. Furthermore, the Business Analyst will promote a culture of high visibility and transparency to build and maintain trust with our stakeholders. This includes maintaining clear and consistent communication with our stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and providing updates on the status of their projects.
A key responsibility is to maintain a keen awareness of how projects across different departments interconnect and impact each other. The Business Analyst must understand the broader IT landscape, including the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and how various initiatives—whether in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, GTM, or Human Resources—are interdependent. This holistic perspective is essential for identifying opportunities for synergy, minimizing duplication, and ensuring that solutions are scalable and aligned with enterprise goals.
The right candidate will have a good understanding of common IT technologies such as the Microsoft technology stack and associated platforms. The candidate should have experience and knowledge with regards to Corporate Data warehousing as well as a strong understanding of corporate data which would include all back-office systems as well as enterprise data warehouses. Also desired is familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Financial, Procurement, GTM and Human Resources business processes and supporting technologies. Being able to confidently interface and present appropriately abstracted data to all levels of an enterprise organization is paramount to the overall success of this role. The Basics:
As a Tanium Technical Support Engineer (TSE) Intern, you will support Tanium’s world-class customer organization, responsible for the satisfaction & retention of our enterprise customers, including the U.S. Department of Defense and over half the Fortune 100. With a primary focus on customer satisfaction, TSEs work both reactively and proactively to improve the overall experience of Tanium customers of all industries and sizes. This includes serving our customers by resolving technical issues & answering technical questions in a timely manner. TSE interns experience this foundational role in our organization through 1:1 mentorship, team triaging efforts, and shadowing opportunities.

Director of Strategic Accounts - Mid-Market, Ohio/Western Pennsylvania
The Basics
As a Director of Strategic Accounts (DSA) on the Tanium field sales team, you will be responsible for generating opportunities to position the Tanium platform within an assigned territory and/or accounts. You’ll be equally as comfortable with the CIO, CISO or VP Ops as you would hosting a room of Red Team members; from talking business benefits to bits and bytes. The successful DSA drives a superior customer experience by delivering technology solutions tailored to customer needs and is able to exceed their assigned quota.

What you’ll get
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000 to $187,000 and this position will also be commission eligible. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire.
