Administer Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management including workflows, permission schemes, screens, issue types, fields, automations, SLAs, queues, request portals, approvals, and reports.
Support and maintain integrations between Jira and tools such as GitHub, Slack, Google Workspace, and other business systems.

Strong knowledge of Jira Service Management and ITSM concepts: request management, incident management, SLAs, queues, approvals, and service portals.
Experience administering Google Workspace, including user provisioning, groups, shared drives, and security/access policies.
Strong working knowledge of macOS setup, support, troubleshooting, and application management.
Solid understanding of user access management, account lifecycle, permissions, and basic security practices.
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to manage a ticket queue independently in an on-site environment.
Experience with Okta for SSO, MFA, user provisioning, lifecycle management, and access policies.
Experience with Jamf or another MDM platform for macOS device management.
Familiarity with Apple Business Manager.
Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps such as ScriptRunner, Assets/Insight, Tempo, or similar.
Familiarity with security or compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
Basic networking knowledge: DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP.

Craft a contact center vision and strategy that’s aligned with tech and operational leaders

Lendbuzz is looking for a hands-on training leader to help shape how our field sales team learns, grows, and performs. This role is best suited for someone with experience in automotive retail training, dealership sales, F&I, or auto finance.
This is not a traditional L&D role. We are looking for someone who understands dealerships, lender relationships, and how field reps succeed. If you can coach from real-world experience and help new hires ramp quickly, we want to hear from you.
Based at our Boston HQ, this role will lead onboarding and field-readiness training for Account Managers.
Lead in-person onboarding and training for new sales hires
Coach Account Managers on how to present the Lendbuzz program to dealers
Teach practical skills tied to dealership operations, deal structure, and field execution
Build and improve training materials, role plays, and exercises to reinforce our sales process and drive field readiness
Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to align training with business priorities and performance goals
Measure training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, continuously improving learning impact
Maintain program documentation, learning assets, and performance reports to support scalability and consistency
3+ years of experience in automotive retail, dealership sales, F&I, auto finance, or another dealer-facing role.
Strong understanding of dealership operations and the sales process.
Proven success teaching, coaching, and communicating with credibility.
Strong in-person facilitation and presentation skills.
Familiarity with Dealertrack, RouteOne, or similar platforms is a plus.
Prior training, mentoring, or onboarding experience is helpful, but not required.
