The Strategy & Operations Manager will work on the most pressing projects in the business, acting as a ‘swiss army knife’ and reporting to the Head of Strategic Initiatives. You will work closely with leaders in our business such as our VP of Operations and Chief Commercial Officerm and complete strategic analysis, collaborate with clinical, operations, product and growth to execute on key initiatives, and be a thought partner to the leaders you work with.

What You'll Do

You will lead two or more projects at a time. Examples include:

Driving ‘special projects’ in an existing product line

• Identifying and negotiating with a new brand partner (e.g., gym partnership)
• Leading commercial analysis and design of new offers within a product line (e.g., discounts, bundling, tiering)

Drive stakeholders forward

• Contribute to the strategic planning process each Cycle to determine where the business can deliver the most patient & commercial value
• Project manage major projects, ensuring stakeholders understand key requirements, deliver on time, and to a high bar

Acting as a leader’s strategic partner

• Supporting a leader set-up a new reporting or operating model for key initiatives
• Working with analytics to deliver performance insights and make recommendations on changes

About You

Experience & Background

• 3-4+ years in high-velocity, high-ownership environments - preferably including 2+ years in consulting/banking and 1-2 years in an strategy or operations role at a start-up
• Exceptional problem solver with structured thinking - can break down ambiguous challenges, generate hypotheses, and test them systematically
• Hands-on - not afraid of ‘rolling up the sleeves’ and getting the nitty gritty done to move projects forward
• Strong communication and execution focus - able to present complex ideas clearly and drive projects forward with incomplete information
• Product sensibility - understanding of how to design things people want, whether through formal product experience or adjacent roles

About the role (What you'll be doing)

We’re seeking an experienced and digitally savvy General Practitioner to join our growing clinical team. You’ll play a central role in delivering high-quality patient care across multiple therapeutic areas through both asynchronous (message-based) and synchronous (video/phone) consultations and act as the clinical escalation point for our pharmacist prescribers.

You’ll balance safe, evidence-led practice with the agility of a fast-moving digital team, helping shape the future of how healthcare is delivered online include use of use new digital tools and AI to enhance consultation quality, customer experience, and clinical efficiency.

We’re looking for a scroll-stopping, social-first Social Videographer and Video Editor to join Juniper’s Organic Growth team.

You’ll ideate, shoot, edit and craft the next generation of social-native content for Juniper, transforming expert interviews, UGC, community moments and shoots into tight, compelling TikTok and Instagram content.

You’ll also play a critical role in defining Juniper’s visual language across organic channels. Your work will shape how women understand GLP-1 medication, behaviour change, maintenance, diagnostics and what the Juniper experience actually feels like.

About the role (What you'll be doing)

We’re seeking a Head of Corporate Development to own the biggest strategic partnerships levers in our business.

Our Corporate Development team is responsible for doing commercial deals that unlock the biggest strategic levers in our business - think insurers, governments, pharmaceutical companies, and any other major supplier.

You will have global ownership of any relationship that can step-change our growth or margin profile, and you will work closely with our local market GMs to unlock said growth or margin.

Your role is equal parts strategy and commercial execution. You will be responsible for opening new distribution channels and creating moats for our global business by driving strategic commercial partnerships.

1. Drive partnerships strategy: you will own the development of our partnerships strategy. This includes proactively creating new partnership models and sourcing, pitching and executing the best partners in each category.
2. Own (and win new) global relationships: Own relationships with C-suite and SVP-level with global supplier, insurer, government and pharmaceutical partners. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, pitching and executing new partnerships at this senior level. You should understand our business model intimately, how we bring value to partners in our ecosystem and be able to pitch this compellingly
3. Create new commercial models: we’re at the edge of innovation for digital preventative health and we are often the first time our partners have used a distribution channel like ours. You will need to create new partnership models from scratch, often including reimagining commercial models from first principles and creating new legal structures across multiple jurisdictions
4. Negotiation: You’ll negotiate these partnerships on behalf of Eucalyptus. You’ll often be the most senior sponsor in the room and will be expected to guide our GMs on the right strategy and position to get the deal done. As the value of these deals can be 8-9 figures we expect you are able to masterfully understand the counterparty’s objective function and design the optimal deal for Eucalyptus that is a win for both sides
5. Commercial decision making: you will ultimately own whether a partnership is value accretive to your GM’s market and the broader Eucalyptus group. You should have internalised our P&L, its key levers and be able to mental-math your way through real time calculations of the impact of different deal structures in live negotiations.
6. High context: This role reports directly into our senior leadership team and is one of the most important commercial levers in our business. You will have context and input on some of our highest stakes strategic thinking, and have the responsibility and expectations that accompanies this context.

• 8+ years of experience across investment banking/consulting/private equity at high performing shops, or in a similar BD/Corp dev function of a hypergrowth business servicing large regulated enterprises
• Strategic mindset: ability to quickly understand strategy & drivers of our business, turn them into partnership theses and then find commercial models that drive long term value for both sides and create moats for our business
• Elite negotiation: this role is best suited to someone who has experience with, and a genuine passion for, negotiating commercial deals. • Numerical fluency: you can quickly internalise the key levers of a P&L and do real time mental math to understand how different commercial structures will impact our business

As our Social Media Producer, you’ll be a core part of the creative process, working closely with creative strategists and the paid media team to turn strong ideas into high-performing content. About the role (What you'll be doing)

As a Performance Marketer, you will be a hands-on IC sitting within the International Launch Team, working directly under the Global Head of Performance and alongside our Staff Performance Marketer (Search & Analytics). You’ll be a hands-on integration engineer owning the build, maintenance, and evolution of fulfilment-critical integrations across NetSuite, Celigo, WMS platforms, and internal systems. What you'll do

• Planning, shooting and editing short-form vertical video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) across expert content, UGC, community footage and shoots
• Owning the organic video production process for all internal and external shoots, including pre-production, creative direction, on-set talent management and post-production
• Building strong narrative arcs, pacing and hooks that maximise watch time and engagement
• Creating captions, motion, overlays and design elements that feel native to platform
• Versioning content for testing: hooks, length, CTAs, subtitles
• Repurposing existing video content for different purposes

About you (Who you are)

• 3–6+ years experience shooting and editing TikTok/IG-first video for brands, creators or publishers
• Strong understanding of storytelling for short-form content
• Comfortable filming with professional cameras or smartphones
• Excellent knowledge of lighting, framing, and sound recording
• Strong portfolio demonstrating platform-native shooting and editing, not just long-form or polished brand film work
• Experience in AI-based video production is a plus
• Ability to translate regulated medical topics into compelling and engaging video content
• Experience working with lo-fi/UCG footage and making imperfect inputs feel intentional and compelling
