At Eucalyptus, we’re on a mission to make healthcare simpler, safer, and more accessible. Behind every patient interaction is a platform that must operate reliably and at scale — connecting patients to care efficiently while enabling the business to make fast, data-informed decisions.
The Fulfilment squad focuses on the systems that power these critical workflows. From distributed services to fullstack solutions, this team designs and evolves the platform that keeps our operations running smoothly as we grow.
Key initiatives include scaling the core platform, improving system reliability, and building integrations across services to support expanding operations. This is a role for engineers who enjoy solving complex system challenges while delivering solutions that have real operational impact.
Design, build, and maintain distributed microservices using Golang or Node.js, including gRPC and Protobuf integrations
Contribute across the stack where needed, supporting frontend interfaces and internal tooling
Participate in architecture and system design decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Collaborate with product, operations, and strategy partners to translate business needs into technical solutions
Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the squad
Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing
You’ll likely succeed if you:
Bring strong backend development experience, preferably with Golang or Node.js, and knowledge of distributed systems
Are comfortable contributing across the stack, with familiarity in React or similar frontend technologies
Have experience building robust, scalable, and maintainable systems
Thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
Enjoy solving complex problems and taking ownership of meaningful technical challenges
Have experience working with cloud-native infrastructure
Are familiar with GraphQL, gRPC, Protobufs, or event-driven architectures
Understand operational workflows, logistics systems, or similarly complex business processes
You don’t need to tick every box — if this role excites you, we’d still love to hear from you.
This is a senior, high-autonomy role where engineers shape the platform that underpins how care is delivered. You’ll work on complex, high-scale systems, influence architectural direction, and help define engineering practices as the organisation grows — all within a collaborative team focused on real-world impact.
If building resilient systems that power healthcare delivery sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you.

The Shop/Ecosystem squad is focused on expanding Juniper into new product lines and areas of care, helping patients discover the right products and services at the right time. One of the squad’s most exciting initiatives will be a recommendations tool, working in close collaboration with Data Science, to shape how patients interact with Juniper and other product lines across web and mobile.
Our stack: React, React Native, GraphQL Federation, Go, TypeScript, gRPC, Pub/Sub, Kubernetes, GCP
Build fullstack features using React + Go/Node.js for Juniper and new product lines, shaping how these features work across web and mobile
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, to design product-facing solutions and make decisions on trade-offs and integration
Implement scalable, maintainable solutions across frontend and backend, including features for the mobile app
Contribute to engineering best practices and help mentor other squad members
Partner with product, design, and other teams to prioritize what drives real impact
You’ll likely succeed if you:
Have strong React or frontend framework skills
Are experienced with backend development in Go, Node.js, or other languages
Have experience with distributed systems and a balanced fullstack skillset
Thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments
Can work on complex systems and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
You don’t need to tick every box — if this role excites you, we’d still love to hear from you.
Experience with React Native and mobile app development
This is a senior, high-autonomy role where engineers get to own the lifecycle of features from design through delivery, working in a team that values experimentation, collaboration, and delivering real impact for patients. You’ll have the chance to work on Juniper and its expanding ecosystem, helping define engineering practices that will scale as the company grows.
If shaping the future of digital healthcare and influencing high-impact product experiences sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you.
