About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Risk Analyst ( KYC Fraud Prevention & Compliance Rule Analysis) to join our Risk Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for using rules/ML models/AI to a) detect and prevent fraudulent activities related to onboarding processes and existing user accounts; and b) leverage risk team data insights to support co-prevention scope for compliance TS/TM direction. You will play a key role in protecting our platform’s integrity, ensuring compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations, and safeguarding our users’ assets.

Responsibilities:

Monitor, analyse, and interpret large volumes of user and transaction data to detect anomalies or fraudulent trends.

Leverage AI/agentic tools to conduct case investigation, and extract patterns to identify and prevent fraudulent activities during and post-KYC onboarding, or conduct proper control measures/alerts to mitigate the potential noncompliance activities occurring in the platform.

Develop and refine fraud detection/compliance rules, alerts, and operational procedures to improve the efficiency of risk controls or the collaboration between risk team and compliance team.

Proactively enhance internal risk policies, fraud prevention strategies, and automated monitoring systems.

Cooperate with global/local regulatory teams to deploy the proper risk control measures to mitigate the potential fraud attacks.

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, AML/KYC compliance knowledge, or a related field, preferably within a fintech, financial services, or crypto organisation.

Strong understanding of KYC requirements, fraud typologies, and compliance terminology/procedure.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets (e.g., SQL proficiency mandatory).

Strong sense of integrity, professional scepticism, and critical thinking.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

High level of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

We’re looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer Engineer to take ownership of building and evolving our internal monitoring and alerting systems that keep our high-load, real-time production systems running smoothly. About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist/Engineer to advance the reasoning and planning capabilities of large foundation models. In this role, you will enhance model performance across the entire development lifecycle—including data acquisition, supervised fine-tuning (SFT), reward modelling, and reinforcement learning—while driving innovations in reasoning and decision-making. You will synthesise large-scale, high-quality datasets through rewriting, augmentation, and generation techniques to strengthen foundation models during pretraining, SFT, and RL stages. Reasoning and planning for foundation models: Enhance reasoning and planning throughout the entire development process, including data acquisition, model evaluation, SFT, reward modeling, and reinforcement learning, to improve overall performance.

Synthesize large-scale, high-quality data using methods such as rewriting, augmentation, and generation to improve the capabilities of foundation models in various stages (pretraining, SFT, RL).

Solve complex tasks using system 2 thinking and leverage advanced decoding strategies such as MCTS, A*.

Investigate and implement robust evaluation methodologies to assess model performance at various stages.

Teach foundation models to use tools, interact with APIs, and code interpreters. Build agents and multi-agent systems to solve complex tasks.

Requirements

Proficiency in research experience with RL, LLM, and familiarity with large-scale model training is preferred.

Proficiency in data structures and fundamental algorithm skills, and fluency in Python or C++/Java.

Experience with influential projects or papers in RL, NLP, or Deep Learning is preferred.

Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of deeply addressing challenges in large-scale model training and application.

Requirements

Master’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science or related field..

At least 2 years of deep-learning/NLP experience, including 1+ year practical LLM work (SFT, DPO, RAG, quantization, inference optimization, etc.).
