Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple Renewal Offers with different requirements from each investment group based on a revenue management strategy.
Use negotiating tools such as flex rate options and maintenance upgrades to retain residents, while also ensuring business goals are met for the investor.
Using sales techniques, manage the expiring population until lease signing has been completed by utilizing outbound calls, emails, etc. to ensure resident retention.
Help manage the inbound calls and emails from residents.
Overcome a resident’s obstacles and objectives to renewing when a Notice to Vacate is submitted.
Manage applications and background screenings for residents acquired during property acquisitions that are not on an MSR lease.
Assist in projects assigned to the department to support our branches as needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
High School Graduate.
Strong English written and verbal skills.
Previous experience in similar positions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce knowledge preferred.
Yardi Experience preferred.
Attention to detail and work under pressure.
Detailed oriented and analytic skills.
Functional and Behavioral Skills
Functional Skills:
Microsoft 365 tools medium to advanced knowledge
Computer knowledge and troubleshooting
Ability to learn systems and troubleshoot issues within them
Behavioral Skills:
Possesses exceptional communication and people skills
Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
