Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage multiple Renewal Offers with different requirements from each investment group based on a revenue management strategy. 

  • Use negotiating tools such as flex rate options and maintenance upgrades to retain residents, while also ensuring business goals are met for the investor. 

  • Using sales techniques, manage the expiring population until lease signing has been completed by utilizing outbound calls, emails, etc. to ensure resident retention. 

  • Help manage the inbound calls and emails from residents. 

  • Overcome a resident’s obstacles and objectives to renewing when a Notice to Vacate is submitted. 

  • Manage applications and background screenings for residents acquired during property acquisitions that are not on an MSR lease. 

  • Assist in projects assigned to the department to support our branches as needed. 

Job Requirements 

 

Minimum Requirements:  

  • High School Graduate. 

  • Strong English written and verbal skills. 

  • Previous experience in similar positions. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Salesforce knowledge preferred. 

  • Yardi Experience preferred. 

  • Attention to detail and work under pressure. 

  • Detailed oriented and analytic skills. 

Functional and Behavioral Skills 

Functional Skills: 

  • Microsoft 365 tools medium to advanced knowledge 

  • Computer knowledge and troubleshooting  

  • Ability to learn systems and troubleshoot issues within them 

Behavioral Skills: 

  • Possesses exceptional communication and people skills 

  • Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
