Eliot is seeking an experienced Program Manager for the day to day operations of a residential program for adults with mental illness. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. As a valued member of a multidisciplinary team, the Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the program, supervising program staff to ensure the delivery of high quality support and service. The ideal candidate must possess a strong commitment to mental health recovery as well as strong communication, organizational and managerial skills. |
