Job Description
Recruitment Consultant - Business Support
Full-time | Nottingham | Office-based for the first 3 months, then hybrid (1–2 days WFH)
Driving licence required
Ready to take ownership of a high‑potential desk and build a market you can truly make your own? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales or recruitment professional who thrives on relationships, commercial conversations and long-term client development.
You’ll run our business support permanents desk for the Leicester area, a busy, opportunity-rich market with plenty of room to grow, win new clients and build lasting partnerships.
You’ll be based in our Nottingham office, working alongside an experienced, supportive team and a trusted brand that strengthens your business development.
What You’ll Be Doing
Growing and managing your Leicester client base through proactive business development
Building strong relationships and understanding client hiring needs
Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process for permanent roles
Sourcing, interviewing and matching high-quality candidates
Managing your pipeline, activity and performance with clear earning potential
