Als Project Supply Chain Professional bij Hitachi Energy speel je een cruciale rol in de uitvoering van projecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle supply chain‑activiteiten vanaf de biedingsfase tot en met de projectoplevering. Je waarborgt conforme inkoopprocessen, sterke leveranciersprestaties en optimale commerciële resultaten.
Als belangrijke schakel tussen engineering, tenderteams, legal, cost control en projectmanagement zorg je voor maximale waardecreatie, terwijl je risico’s beheerst in een dynamische, internationale omgeving.

Hoe jij impact maakt
Beheren en aansturen van inkoop- en biedingsprocessen vanaf de initiatie tot en met het indienen van het voorstel bij de klant, in nauwe samenwerking met tender engineers, inclusief het opstellen van biedingsdocumenten, het evalueren van offertes en het voeren van onderhandelingen.
Opstellen, beoordelen, onderhandelen en beheren van uiteenlopende inkoopactiviteiten, zoals RFQ’s, inkooporders en statements of work, met inachtneming van wettelijke en interne richtlijnen.
Samenwerken met interne stakeholders (o.a. Legal, Tender, Cost Control, projectteams en SCM) om inkoopbehoeften te vertalen naar contractvoorwaarden en risico’s te mitigeren.
Monitoren van contractprestaties, signaleren van potentiële knelpunten en begeleiden van de oplossing bij geschillen of contractbreuken.
Ontwikkelen en implementeren van best practices, beleid en procedures op het gebied van inkoop om efficiëntie en compliance te optimaliseren.
Uitvoeren van marktonderzoek en leveranciersanalyses ter ondersteuning van strategische sourcing‑initiatieven.
Zorgen voor naleving van alle relevante beleidslijnen, ethische richtlijnen en wettelijke vereisten van Hitachi Energy.
Jouw achtergrond
Afgeronde bachelor of masters’ opleiding in Elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in technische inkoop, contractmanagement of bid administratie, bij voorkeur binnen een grote, internationale organisatie.
Vloeiend in het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk) en een goede beheersing van het Engels.
Aantoonbare ervaring met het opstellen, onderhandelen en beheren van complexe commerciële contracten.
Gedegen kennis van inkoopprocessen, contractrecht en risicomanagement.
Ervaring met contractmanagementsoftware en het Microsoft Office‑pakket (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken in een snel veranderende omgeving.
Certificering in Procurement (bijv. NEVI, C.P.M., CPSM) of Contract Management (bijv. CFCM) is een pré.
