Exciting Seasonal Poolside Supervisor Opportunities!
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our Crown Towers and Crown Metropol Poolside teams on a seasonal basis.
These full time and part-time positions are offered on a 6-month contract, with intakes taking place from September to November 2026.
In this role, you will lead daily poolside operations, support your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure the highest standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily food and beverage service operations.
• Lead, coach and support front-of-house team members.
• Maintain service, safety, hygiene and RSA standards.
• Manage guest enquiries, feedback and VIP requests.
• Assist with stock control and operational administration.
About You
You'll bring:
• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge and guest service focus.
• Experience leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of RSA requirements in a licensed venue.
Additional Information
To be successful, you'll:
• Hold or be willing to obtain a current RSA Certificate.
• Be available to work throughout the seasonal period, including weekends and public holidays.
• Have flexibility to work a rotating roster between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
Intake dates for these roles will be from September through to November 2026.
