Empire Home Infusion Pharmacy has an opportunity for a per diem Pharmacist to work with our team compounding medications and coordinating with our delivery team to meet patient/family needs at home. Empire Home Infusion Pharmacy is CHAP accredited and has been providing high quality home infusion services in the greater Capital Region for over 20 years. Empire provides a thorough orientation and supportive work environment.
 

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Program with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or equivalent master’s degree
• Current NYS Pharmacist license and registration

Pay Range: $52.00 - $70.72

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
